OwnVilla is an independent portal that provides information about properties, new developments, agencies and 'living in Spain' related services and products.
The information is provided by the affiliated Real Estate Agencies or third-parties by using our online back-office system.
OwnVilla offers the visitors:
- Easy to find properties with Quick search, Find on map and a Search Wizard.
- Personal Pages; Create an OwnAccount to let OwnVilla find matches with your search profile and save your OwnSelection for later reviewing.
- Agency listing with easy click-through options to find the address/contact information and their properties.
- Link pages with links to relevant websites or link to company presentations within OwnVilla.
OwnVilla products and services:
Free agency account
With a Free agency account you can present your company with 10 properties on OwnVilla.
The Agency presentation includes: a logo (to be used in the list), office photo, Address/Contact information and an introduction text. All visitors email contact will be send directly to your email address.
You can remove and add properties, but the maximum is set to 10 properties. For each property you can print a window presentation.

Premium agency account (€ 100,- per month, no setup fee)
The Premium agency account has the same functionality as the Free agency account, plus:
- Unlimited properties
- Unlimited New development presentations
- Brochure download
- 5 own content pages for additional information, like artist impressions, facilities, location information, et cetera.
- Agency presentation:
- 5 own content pages for additional information, like buy information, sell information, route description, et cetera.
- Search and find facilities in their own website for their own properties and own new development presentations.
OwnSite Basic (€ 50,- per month + premium agency account + setup fee € 250,-)
Besides a Premium agency account you can choose your own website.
The OwnSite Basic is a pre-designed interactive website with all functionality to start on the internet. It includes a search page, result page, property details page, new development list, new development details page, unlimited request forms and unlimited information pages. Naturally you will also get your own email addresses and the website is hosted on our web servers (Data traffic => Fair Use Policy)
OwnVilla and the OwnSites use the same back-office system. Therefore you will only need one system to keep your website, your window presentations and OwnVilla up-to-date.

OwnSite Design (€ 50,- per month + premium agency account + separate quotation)
If you already have a nice website, you can't choose an OwnSite Basic design or you have special design wishes, then we can make a quotation to fulfil all your demands/wishes. The back-office system will remain the same.
Basic Link - Free
Do you have relevant information for our visitors or are you offering related services and products? We will add your link for free.
If you place a link on your website to OwnVilla, we will upgrade your Basic Link to a Top Link without the annual fee.

Top Link (€ 100,- per year, no setup fee)
The Top Link is the same as a Basic Link, but because we only have a few links per category on first page, we charge an annual fee for those positions.

OwnPage account (€ 500,- per year, no setup fee)
If you don't have a website or you want a company presentation within OwnVilla, you can get your OwnPage account. The link to your OwnPage is the same as a Top Link. With your OwnPage account you can use our back-office system to change your company presentation. You can add your logo/Office photo, Address/Contact information and 5 own content pages.

For each property you can print a window presentation. You can choose from a landscape or portrait presentation.
If you have special design wishes, we can make a quotation.
OwnData
If you already use a back-office system, we can make a XML interface to extract the property data from your system to our back-office system. This interface will be free of charge.
If you want the data from our back-office system to your system, we offer a free of charge standard XML interface. For custom interfaces we can make a quotation.
OwnCountry
OwnVilla is focusing on a European audience for Spanish properties. If you want to use our system (website and back-office) for other countries, we are open for discussion.
